My Journey
I am hard of hearing, a disability which I have kept hidden. As a young child I felt embarrassed wearing hearing aids which could be seen by others, for that reason I was bullied throughout my school years. Only in recent years, have I come to fully accept my disability, how I wish I had done this sooner. I’ve learnt that I didn’t need to struggle, all I had to do was talk. I now raise Deaf Awareness in the workplace and I deliver presentations throughout the UK. I trained as a Mental Health First Aider and became a Mental Health Advocate.
Training background
I am qualified as a complementary therapist being trained in different modalities. These include Reflexology, Reiki Level 1 and 2, Indian Head massage, and Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
Through my zest for learning to help others and myself, I trained with the renowned Trevor Silvester at The Quest Institute in London. After completing this training, I became a Cognitive Hypnotherapist.

What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?
You can regain control of your life as ultimately all the answers are within you. After all, you are in charge of your own vessel. A bespoke treatment which is based on an individual case-by-case basis. Everybody does their problem differently, no two people will struggle in the same way. I will show you the relevant tools that you need to help you in between treatments. A bespoke MP3 recording will be tailored to the treatment.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a pressure massage on the feet or hands. Whilst working the feet we are effectively working the whole body, as there is a reflex point for all the organs in the body on the feet. The theory is that reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally. It can help improve sleep, lift your mood and your wellbeing. Reflexology is a very easy therapy to receive; depending on the type of reflexology, the most clothing that will be removed for a treatment to take place will be your socks and shoes.
